Observation: TDP43 RBD binds UG rich DNA (5'-GUGUGAAUGAAG-3'). Only nucleotides G1, G3, U4, G5, U8 and G9 are sequence specifically recognized by the TDP43 RBD surface. G5 stabilizes RRM interactions
