Title: Selective Forelimb Impairment in Rats Expressing a Pathological TDP-43 25 kDa C-terminal Fragment to Mimic Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis

Observation: Injected WT AAV9 TDP-NLS and AAV9 TDP25. Found motor impairment as early as 2-4 weeks. TDP-NLS did not induce mortality, but induced motor impairment over 24 weeks
