Title: Axonal Transport of TDP-43 mRNA Granules Is Impaired by ALS-Causing Mutations

Observation: Transport of TDP-43m337v and TDP43a35t granules along MN axons is impaired in ALS, leading to mutant TDP43 accumulation in cytoplasm and proximal axons and deficiency at the MNJ. TDP43 is associated with mRNA granules that promote anderograde transport of certain mRNAs
