Observation: No significant improvement in motor performance nor lifespan extension in mice injected with neuronal progenitors expressing IGF-1 or GDNF, in fact, GDNF mice's lifespan was shortened compared to control

Comment: No effect of injection of neuronal progenitors expressing growth factor
